When the Eden Project visitor numbers increased, so did the demand for a quality fast food offer.

Having already supplied the Cornish Pasty Shack in the Eden Project with catering equipment, Target Catering Equipment were asked to supply a traditional Italian stone pizza oven for the Mediteranean kitchen. This pizza oven would be used to produce bread, pizza and Mediteranean style food for the visitors.

The Biodomes required a special underground flue system which was installed by Target, along with a unique black Cornish granite counter in front of the Italian pizza oven installation.

Now visitors can enjoy Mediteranean style food and ambience at the Eden Project thanks to MAM Forni's wood oven supplied by UK sole importer target Catering Equipment.
