The King's Arms, Litton - Wood Fired Pizza Oven

South African operators wanted a simple way to produce a great product at The King's Arms in Litton, a former mill and now destination eating house.  The open kitchen was adapted to take the MAM Forni wood pizza oven, which was built into a feature wall, adding to the traditional warmth and ambience of the original building.

The wood pizza oven requires only seasoned logs, which means that it is completely carbon neutral, and also produces the unique flavour that only a wood burning oven can.  The oven is now being used not only to produce authentic Italian pizza but also a wide selection of Mediteranean style food and traditional roast meats.

Assembled on site, the MAM Forni wood pizza ovens can be fitted anywhere by the Target installation team.
